​Why eliminate sugar?

​Sugar is one of the most harmful and addictive “food” additives in the modern world. It’s linked to obesity, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, attention deficit disorders, and more. Yet Americans consume 130 pounds of sugar each year. In fact, sugar is EVERYWHERE. It hides in your ketchup, lurks in your yogurt, invades your granola bar, and even swims in your soup. It goes by many names. So what about sugar substitutes? Sure, they might contain few to no calories, but they continue to feed our desire for sugar and have been linked to obesity.

Let’s work together to end our devotion to the sugar god. I’ll make a bold prediction. Get rid of sugar for 30 days, and I’ll bet you’ll see all kinds of benefits – a smaller waistline, a better night’s sleep, higher levels of energy and happiness, clearer thinking, and even radiant skin.  Can you live with that?

How do I get ready for the Challenge?

You need desire, knowledge, and food to successfully meet this challenge.

What will I eat?

Actually, there’s a lot of good food left to eat once you take out sugar. But yes, you’ll be busy reading ingredient lists and planning your meals, rather than stopping at the corner market and grabbing whatever strikes your fancy.

How can I increase my chances of success?

I’m not going to lie to you! This Challenge can be tough, depending on your sugar habits. But we’ll work on this Challenge as a team, one day at a time. And I know you’ll be successful if you invest a little time and effort. So that’s why I created a Personal Plan Template that you can use to create a winning plan. You WILL be successful and by day 31, you’ll have all the resources and tools you need to make healthier choices when sugar re-enters your world.

What if I want to drop out of the Challenge?

I hope you stick around for the entire 30 days, but sometimes “life happens.” You can opt out of the Sugar Challenge any time you like – every email includes an ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

What happens if I miss the FREE Challenge or want to take it on my own time?

You can sign up for our FREE Challenge until midnight, January 1. If you miss the deadline or you prefer to take the Challenge on your own time, the Kindle version is available for purchase.
